Pam Conway, Senior Operations Officer joined NBC Securities on August 1, 1995, and has been a steady, trusted presence throughout the firm’s growth and evolution for more than 30 years. During that time Pam has quite literally grown alongside the firm—having worked on every floor NBC has occupied, from the 4th to the 7th, 8th, and 9th floors, all while consistently showing up to the same office location with the same dedication and reliability.

Today, Pam continues to play a vital role in NBC Securities’ operations and its growing network of independent financial professionals. In her own words, Pam’s responsibilities span “approving money and asset movements, reviewing new account forms, researching aged securities, processing fund direct account documents, pulling information to assist with audits, record retention, system access, assisting with onboarding new reps, and my personal favorite—other duties as assigned.” Around the office, Pam is always ready to step in and help wherever she’s needed.

Pam values continuous learning and embraces the ever-changing nature of the financial services industry. She appreciates being part of a smaller firm, where collaboration replaces silos and offers the opportunity to see—and support—many sides of the business.

Outside of work, Pam is deeply dedicated to her family. She is a proud grandmother to five grandchildren and shares a special relationship with each of them. That same care, loyalty, and commitment she brings to her family is reflected every day in the way she supports her colleagues, NBC Financial Advisors and the firm.
